Verna Benner Carson
Dr. Verna Benner Carson, is an advanced practice psychiatric mental health nurse. She is president of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., a consulting firm that provides clinical, operational, and marketing training and supportive resource materials to health care providers across the continuum of care with an emphasis on the care of the Alzheimer’s patient as well as those with psychiatric diagnoses. In addition, Dr. Carson is an associate professor in the Department of Nursing at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Carson is a prolific writer and has contributed four publications to Templeton Press. She resides with her husband in Fallston, Maryland. |
